There were times the AI burst through doors or turned corners and instantly shot me without a chance to react (even with bullet-time).

The level design and AI can be awkward sometimes so that I don't feel I can pull off all the cool ♥♥♥♥ I want to, and it would be impossible without quicksaving, but it is supposed to be tough going.

The graphics are great and the physics and lighting are great for the time. The TV shows in particular are amazing (featuring the original Max Payne guy). Probably not as much attention to detail as the first game but its still very good. This one can be a little bit silly but its easy to overlook, especially for the benefits it brings.

Some of the best writing I've ever heard perfect tongue-in-cheek noir.
